Admin Overview

Organization admins can review tenant-wide Orbit usage from the admin area.

The admin overview shows metrics such as:

  • Users.
  • Admins.
  • Workspaces.
  • Active invites.
  • Indexed notes.

It also shows tenant details such as organization name, role, plan, limits, domain, and whether role management is available.

Admin tools are for people responsible for:

  • Workspace governance.
  • Tenant setup.
  • Permission review.
  • Audit review.
  • Support and cleanup.

If you are setting up Orbit for the first time, start with Deploy Orbit in Microsoft 365.

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Open Organization.
  3. Choose Open under Tenant admin portal.

Only tenant admins and tenant owners can see organization admin controls.

The admin area links to workspace inventory, audit logs, and tenant role management when those controls are available to your role.
