Workspace Inventory
The workspace inventory gives admins a tenant-wide view of Orbit workspaces.
What the inventory shows
Section titled “What the inventory shows”For each workspace, admins can review:
- Workspace name.
- Storage provider.
- SharePoint site details when present.
- Creator.
- Note count.
- Active invite count.
- Last update date.
- Link to open the Microsoft 365 location if Orbit has one.
How to use it
Section titled “How to use it”Use workspace inventory to answer:
- Which teams are using Orbit?
- Which workspaces are backed by SharePoint?
- Which workspaces still have active invites?
- Which workspaces are empty or stale?
- Where is the Microsoft 365 storage for a workspace?
Reset workspaces
Section titled “Reset workspaces”Tenant owners may see a Reset workspaces action.
This removes Orbit workspaces for the organization and clears related invite and share state. It does not necessarily delete Microsoft 365 files.
