Activity and Notifications
Use Activity when you need to return to recent work or find items that need your attention.
Activity tabs
Section titled “Activity tabs”Orbit groups activity into these tabs:

| Opened | Notes you opened recently. |
| Shared with me | Notes other people shared directly with you. |
| Mentions | Replies and @mentions that need your attention. |
| Contributed | Notes you edited, commented on, or shared. |
Open an activity item
Section titled “Open an activity item”- Open Activity from the sidebar.
- Choose a tab.
- Select an item to open the note.
When an activity item points to a comment, Orbit opens the note and shows the comments panel when it can.
Mentions and access
Section titled “Mentions and access”A mention does not grant access by itself. If someone mentions you in a note you cannot open, ask them to share the note or invite you to the workspace.
Empty activity
Section titled “Empty activity”If a tab is empty, Orbit shows an empty-state message. New items appear after notes are opened, shared, edited, commented on, or mentioned.
